What Makes Us Different

Flat Fee Options

Well, price for one. We are of the idea that flat fees are the easiest way to bill our clients. They allow our clients to budget for services without any surprises. We apply flat fees as often as we can, but sometimes, the situation can present unanticipated complexity. However, not to worry. We communicate throughout the process so that you will not be surprised when the bill arrives.

Small Firm Size

Another thing that sets us apart is our size. We are a small firm and we don’t plan on getting bigger. We provide what the larger firms can’t – fair pricing and personal service. We love knowing our clients by first name and guess what? They love it too. By maintaining a small size, we can also pass on the savings to our clients.

Modernization

The world is changing and with it, the systems law firms use to handle client matters. We use an amazing platform called MyCase that includes the ability to share documents securely, make credit card payments seamlessly and speak with your attorney privately. We also utilize virtual options that allow us to keep overhead lower and work more efficiently – benefitting our clients. We don’t want to stay behind, but remain ahead of the curve.

Service

Overall, we just care about our clients and the well-being of their businesses. Our success is dependent on our client’s success and we want to share in that. We have passion for what we do and that shines through in our work product and client relationships.

HAROLD JONES

Consultant

Bio

Harold is a former FDA compliance officer with over 20 years of experience who has worked with companies to obtain and maintain FDA compliance in many regulated industries. He is currently the principal of Reg-e-stration, a company specializing in FDA registration services and consulting. He brings years of experience and a wealth of knowledge to the BLG team.

Our Philosophy

I started the firm after finding a need in the area that was not being met. Many businesses struggle to work through the endless number of regulations the Food and Drug Administration steadily release. These regulations can be difficult on both startups who have a hard time figuring out where to begin and established companies who just can’t keep up with the constant changes. I was lucky enough to work for an FDA regulatory law firm early in my career, where I learned the intricacies of food and drug law.  This experience is what started my journey in opening a regulatory compliance law firm. My team and I enjoy providing high quality work product, simplifying the regulatory requirements and exceeding client expectations. The challenge of determining how a product is regulated and working to ensure that product can make it to market is exciting and engaging. Providing the very best to our clients is easy – we love what we do. If you are looking for an FDA attorney who genuinely cares about clients and their needs, Bustos Law Group is the firm for you.
